3. Acceptance of Engagement

A service is considered officially started once any of the following occurs:

Payment (full or partial) is received
Work, planning, consultation, registration, submission, or execution has commenced
Resources, time, or third-party costs are allocated by WAHA PRO

Once a service has started, the client is deemed to have accepted these Terms in full.

4. Payments & Fees

All fees are quoted in advance and must be paid as per the agreed payment terms.
Payments are non-transferable and must be made to WAHA PRO’s official bank accounts or approved payment channels.
Any government fees, third-party fees, or official charges are the responsibility of the client unless stated otherwise.

5. No Refund Policy (Strict)

All payments made to WAHA PRO are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once the service has started.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Client change of mind
Delays caused by the client
Incomplete documents provided by the client
Rejection or delays by authorities or third parties
Partial completion of services

By engaging WAHA PRO, the client explicitly waives any right to request a refund, chargeback, or payment dispute after the commencement of services.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information
Submit required documents on time
Respond promptly to requests necessary to complete the service
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

WAHA PRO is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect or late information provided by the client.

7. Service Timelines

Any timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to:

Government authorities
Third-party service providers
External circumstances beyond WAHA PRO’s control

Delays do not constitute grounds for refunds or compensation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, designs, documents, materials, and intellectual property created or provided by WAHA PRO remain the exclusive property of WAHA PRO unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

WAHA PRO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
WAHA PRO’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service

10. Termination of Services

WAHA PRO reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

The client breaches these Terms
The client provides false or misleading information
Continued service would violate laws or regulations

Termination does not entitle the client to any refund.

11. Privacy Policy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

13. Amendments

WAHA PRO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
